freezer-friendly casseroles

Hey Jess... Here are some dishes that we enjoy. I apologize for them all (but one) having pasta. It's got me curious now about casseroles I can make without noodles!

Here are a couple recipes from Pioneer Woman that we love:
Chicken Spaghetti
Lasagna

This is probably my favorite:
Baked Spaghetti

The picture looks a little um, weird but this is a good casserole too:
King Ranch Chicken Casserole

I miss this one. It has egg noodles and egg in it so I don't make it anymore. :)
Noodle and Spinach Casserole

Thanks, Trisha! I will probably make all of them...they look so yummy. And I, too, make Paula Deen's Baked Spaghetti and LOVE it!

I've seen the King Ranch Chicken Casserole before (Kelly's Korner), but I've yet to make it.

What are your thoughts about freezing techniques....bake as directed, freeze, thaw, bake again or assemble, freeze, thaw, and then bake?

I am not for sure but I have only done it the baking, freezing, thawing and reheatiing way.

Just wanted to report back...I made the noodle and spinach casserole last night...I see why you miss it...it was YUMMY! I made 2 8x8 casserole dishes and froze one of the them.

The freezer is filling up slowly but surely.

Oh how I love King Ranch Casserole!!! I have been eating it since I was a child.

Those other recipes look fantastic, too!
